AB Sciex scientists back on tour
We are always delighted when clients come back to us for bigger and more impactful campaigns.
This couldn’t be more true than for our latest campaign with AB Sciex, which is taking scientists back on the road for the third consecutive year of its ‘The Innovation Never Stops Tour’ - but with a larger truck as well as a brand new look and innovations.
This time we’ve fitted out one of the largest roadshow trucks in our fleet, a Challenger 1, which features a hydraulic pod and glazed stage that opens up to create a stunning exhibition space. This is a perfect match for AB SCIEX, providing a dramatic backdrop to demonstrate its world-leading life science analytical technologies – including six innovations – focused towards food and environmental safety testing, clinical research and clinical diagnostics, drug discovery and development and biomarkers and basic scientific research.
Around 1,000 visitors are expected to jump on board the new-look lab-on-wheels, which features bigger glazed windows and has a more contemporary feel throughout the interior.
And a new focal point is a LED acrylic-lit timeline. This shows the history of AB Sciex and incorporates iPads so people can browse, watch and listen through content for each application, while providing a feeling of light and space. A Technology Wall complements the timeline, showcasing the company’s new innovations.
Eighteen on-board seminars are expected to take place, so the truck has been specially fitted out with a presentation and seating area for 20 people. There is also a welcome point, space for product displays and demonstrations, and bold graphics and eye-catching external branding complete the look.
The environment is wholly flexible with a space for one-to-one meetings or use as a private staff area. There is also the ability to change the truck’s set-up during seminars by creating an area with more seating.
The new roadshow truck is currently on the first-leg of a European tour, which will travel more than 14,000km and spend more than 13 weeks on the road. Over the coming months it will visit 22 cities across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and finally comes to an end in the UK in June.
The tour will enable AB Sciex to engage new clients as well as build new relationships through hosting a series of VIP events at client sites and appearing at major tradeshows.
We first started working with AB Sciex to promote mass spectrometers in 2012, so far we have taken them on a journey of 14 countries and 34 cities with 98 show days taking place at 41 sites.
