A Royal Appointment
Client: King Abdullah Foundation
Agencies: The History Factory, The Brand Experience and JRA
Following the death of King Abdullah in 2015, the King Abdullah Foundation needed a way of keeping the values and visions of the late leader alive. With the objective of spreading the leaders messages and achievements across the regions, the Foundation wanted to go directly to the people of Saudi Arabia - both within the major cities and less populated towns.

The Result
Together with the Brand Experience and JRA, we created a mobile archive showcasing photographs, artefacts and videos highlighting the Royal’s life and achievements. Inspired by Saudi Arabia’s architecture and culture, the roadshow combined historic pieces with the latest technology.
Launching at Al Jenadriyah in Riyadh - the largest cultural festival in the Kingdom - the exhibit received a very emotional response from local people. It then went on to visit cities including Jeddah, Al Bahah and Ta’if, with several royal visits from figures including Prince Turki and Prince Hussam of Saudi Arabia.
