
Challenge
Within the fast-moving finance sector, keeping employees up-to-date is challenging, but essential to the success of the business. Global financial services company Fidelity International, needed a way of taking a consistent and engaging message to all their employees across Europe, irrelevant of level or hierarchy within the business.
Their brief was to create a roadshow tour that would educate, engage and inspire their workforce, within a space that aligned with their internal comms branding.

Solution
EMS created an immersive, engaging and memorable experience, designed to build employees’ awareness of Fidelity International’s various product offerings. The roadshow gave employees a first-hand opportunity to get to know its new customer platforms and hear the company’s refreshed strategy in a fully branded and experiential space.
All employees across their offices in the UK, Isle of Wight, Republic of Ireland and Germany were engaged with through the roadshow format and feedback across the teams was overwhelmingly positive.
