Challenge

When CreateLondon were tasked with helping a world-leading pharmaceutical company conduct a roadshow marketing campaign, they knew they needed a logistical partner. With their initial roadshow supplier failing to provide the right support, due to their small team and lack of production facilities - CreateLondon had a tight deadline to find someone new. With EMS' extensive experience and capabilities to provide support across the entire roadshow journey - we were appointed to help make their client's vision a reality.

With World Antibiotic Awareness Week fast approaching, the pharmaceutical company wanted to hit the road and educate Europeans across three major cities - Rome, Madrid and Paris - on the dangers of antibiotic resistance. Working with CreateLondon, we needed to bring the topic to life and create a visitor experience that was interactive, informative and immersive.

The Result

Utilising the design skills of CreateLondon and EMS' production facilities - everything from the external graphics to the internal fit-out and experience were to the highest standard. With features including a 'Battle the Bacteria' quiz designed to test the public's knowledge on bacteria and giant inflatable bugs aimed to catch the eyes and imaginations of passers by.

The roadshow was able to to deliver a consistent message across geographies, with languages on-board the truck tailored to the specific countries - educating each person, no matter the age, on the much needed information on antibiotic resistance.
