An Experience out of the Blu

The launch of a new format is always a sensitive time for distributors; the stakes are never higher than when the future of the home viewing market is in the balance. 20th Century Fox realised that for people to embrace Blu-Ray technology, it wasn’t enough for them to hear about it – they needed to experience it.

We created a fully immersive, Europe-wide blu-ray roadshow campaign to promote Fox’s latest titles in the run up to Christmas. We invited the public to see first hand the power of the new technology, and created a viral green-screen campaign that let them share their experience after the event.

32 sites in 8 weeks

Raised awareness in Germany, the UK, France and Italy

7,674 visitors spent an average of 30 minutes on board – and nearly 2,000 made their own green-screen movie trailer
