Taking the Branch to the Bankers

Barclays needed a way to engage their staff with their new “Lives Made Much Easier” campaign. It was partly a customer centric incentive and partly an opportunity to raise morale across the retail workforce.

We created a fully functioning Barclay’s branch complete with multi-screen presentation equipment and the banks’ first-ever mobile ATM unit. It gave the employees an opportunity to reconnect with their own brand, and a perfect setting for an inspiring programme of meetings and seminars.

25% reported an uplift in knowledge of the customer service strategy – ahead of Barclays’ 20% target
