History

Established in 2000, Event Marketing Solutions Ltd. (EMS) is the UK’s leading provider of vehicle-based marketing roadshows.

We create and manage face-to-face marketing campaigns in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East for leading brands in the private and public sectors.

The company has enjoyed rapid year-on-year growth and looks set to deliver another record year in 2008, following its best-ever year of trading in 2007 (£4 million turnover).

We employ 48 people at our extensive offices outside Chester and operate the most modern and comprehensive roadshow vehicle fleet in the UK.

Key Milestones in EMS’ History

  • 2001 EMS awarded the Aimhigher contract, the largest tour of its kind in Europe
  • 2003 EMS appointed to the Central Office of Information (COI) roster
  • 2004 EMS achieved Investors in People recognition
  • 2005 EMS won ‘Growth Strategy of the Year’ award at the 2005 National Business Awards ( North West)
  • 2006 EMS achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation
  • 2007 EMS won three national marketing awards for the Diabetes UK health awareness roadshow; ISO 14001 accreditation achieved
  • 2008 EMS awarded the £3m Aimhigher roadshow contract and is confirmed as the lead agency
