Results

  • Over 36 weeks, 325 field staff covered 699 venues nationwide and conducted interviews with 171,133 customers.
  • 29,483 customers were referred to the Direct Payment Information line for further assistance throughout the campaign.
  • 137,726 customers who visited the roadshow had their awareness heightened.
  • By the end of the roadshow 88.8% of customers were using Direct Payment.
  • This project is the largest and most complicated field-based activity ever undertaken at COI and it was delivered by EMS both on-time and to budget.
